Baked Chicken.

Hey Lovelies!
  It's a lifestyle related post today.
In as much as I love to indulge in unhealthy foods....I still try my best to put it on check and snap out of it.
You need to put it on check too. (YES)
     So I made baked chicken earlier today.
I am only gonna talk about why it's a healthy option. (Let me know at the comment space if u will love for me to post the recipe detail)
I baked it without the skin. (That's some extra you don't need) Lol!

Everyone at home loved the taste of the baked chicken.
Can't wait to do this again.





Reasons why you should bake your chicken.
  1. Hygiene is a 100% when you prepare your meals by yourself.
  2. Requires less effort.
  3. It's less fatty. (Little / No oil required)
  4. An option for dry. (I mean crispy fried chicken)
  5. The taste is different. (Try different cooking methods)
