Stir fry yum.

I hope you are doing real good...*Cheers*.
So today am blogging the recipe for my popular yum stir fry using another method.
You all know am a sucka for sweet food...yh yh.

 Am of the opinion that anything that goes through your mouth should be sweet or not get through at all....YESSSSSS
Lemme hear you scream YESSSSS too.

Here's what I made of my stir fry combo:

Made some pasta to eat with the stir fry.
I used Golden Penny Spagettini...Love how slim it looks...That's why I use it but I use others sometimes tho.


The Genesis Of My Sweet Meal........

I made use of just two tomatoes.

 Chop your tomatoes fine.

 Chopped Green Pepper.

 You need red pepper and yellow pepper to achieve the sweet stir fry.

 Stock fish. (Love it very dry)
Well smoked.

  • Peel the fish
  • Wash thoroughly
  • Add some salt
  • Boil for at least 10 minutes

You need your ponmo (Cow skin)
  •   Wash throughly
  • Cut in strips
  • Add a little bit of salt (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Boil till it's a little bit soft

 Spice used.

  • Put olive oil in the frying pan. (A serving spoon)
  • Let it heat for 2 minutes
  • Add spice to frying oil
  • Add chopped oninions and spring onions (Stir fry for a minute)
  • Add chopped pepper (Stir fry for a minute)
  • Add fish and ponmo (Stir for 2 minutes)
  • Leave it to fry for 2 more minutes
You are DONE.
Easy like that.
